I wanted to upskill and particularly wanted to know more about Excel. After going to TPP to discuss possibilities, I decided to do the whole course and gain the qualification.
Although I’ve had a lot of office experience, my skills were largely picked up as I went along and, being self-taught, I never knew how to use all the features of different programmes. Now, I understand so much more and can put a host of new skills into practice.
It’s given me a huge sense of achievement and been a real confidence boost. I definitely plan to do more study in future.
