This programme focuses on delivering the core skills required for anyone wanting to make a career for themselves in the business of delivering services, products and visitor experiences to ‘The Customer’. In undertaking this course of study you will have access to a vast range of employment opportunities in both the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Entry Criteria
- Applicants for whom English is a second language must meet IELTS (or equivalent) Level 5 or above.
- Minimum of three years at secondary school or completion of NCEA Level 1 or National Certificate in Tourism and Travel (Level 2) or National Certificate in Hospitality (Entry Skills) (Level 2) or equivalent.
Special Notes:
- Special Entry may be granted where evidence exists that the applicant can
successfully complete the programme.
