This programme is aimed at those delivering and/or assessing adult education and training. It is a suitable entry level qualification for those involved in the delivery of adult education and training in a range of different learning environments.
This programme provides a solid foundation of skills in areas such as adult learning theory, the design of learning sessions, delivery of training, development of resources materials and assessment and moderation.
A specific version of the programme has been designed to meet the needs of adult and community education tutors and administrators.

- The prerequisite to entry at Level 5 is Level 4 or a current role or background in a training role.
