This workshop provides students with the sales and service skills required in most modern work environments, no matter whether it is a professional service, hospitality, sales or trade environment.
You’ll be introduced to key skills in customer service, active listening, communication and problem solving, and will understand the importance and principles of a can-do attitude
Unit 56, Level 1: Attend customer enquiry face to face on the telephone.
Unit 57, Level 2: Provide customer service in a given situation.
