This course has been developed for senior school students who are studying cooking/food technology, and who already have an understanding of food safety, food preparation and basic cooking techniques. The course will focus on selecting and preparing ingredients to cook a range of pastry dishes.
Unit 13322, Level 3*: Prepare and cook basic pastry dishes in a commercial kitchen.

Students must have completed a Level 1 or 2 programme of study in Cookery, including unit standard 167. Minimum of 10 students.
