Around half of these graduates attended the graduation ceremony at Shantytown on Wednesday 15th March, with the other graduating in absentia.

This graduation marked the first ceremony since TPP became fully integrated into Te Pūkenga – the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology.

The Te Pūkenga Council Chair, Murray Strong, presented the awards and congratulated all the graduates on their hard work and success and wished them all the best for their future careers.  "It's always nice to see family and friends supporting graduates of Tai Poutini – Te Pūkenga".

Graduates from programmes - Foundation (Level 2), Food and Beverage, Business Administration (Level 3), Cookery, Arts and Design (Levels 3 and 4), Outdoor Educations Levels 4 and 5, Carpentry, Automotive, Horticulture and Civil Infrastructure Works were able to celebrate their hard work and success alongside proud whanau, friends, supporters and kaimahi.
