Don’t miss out on Techweek 2020 – register your interest now

Got a great tech idea you want to share? Or do you see value in bringing Coasters together to discuss a technology problem that we’re facing right now? Let us know now if you want to be part of New Zealand’s annual tech event – Techweek 2020.

Tai Poutini Polytechnic (TPP) supports the national tech event by hosting and coordinating locally focused events here on the West Coast. Last year locals got involved by running or attending a great range of events, including how to use social media to grow your business, make quality videos on your iPhone, or take a virtual history tour of your town.

TPP Leader – Engagement Mequa Hourston says Techweek is a great event that highlights the issues that matter to West Coasters.

“We’re looking for interest now and we want to hear your ideas. You might be working on leading edge technology that you want to share with other businesses, or wish to share digital knowledge with the community. Let us know now so we can include you in our planning.”

Techweek 2020 is a nationwide series of events, showcasing and celebrating New Zealand tech innovation - it provides a platform for everyone to meet, share ideas and create connections to enhance our future world. It runs from 18 to 24 May at various locations around the country and TPP will coordinate events across the region.

In 2020, Techweek is all about connecting communities, business and people. There will be a focus on the future of health, work and cities, and events will be held across three categories: Industry/Business, Community and Education.

If you want to take part in the event, let us know now!
