Greymouth is the largest town on the West Coast and the commercial centre of the region. TPP’s head office and main campus on Tainui Street is perfectly placed within easy reach of downtown. Our Greymouth campus offers an extensive range of programmes, including outdoor education, jade carving, culinary arts, business studies, emergency management and search and rescue, to name but a few.
You’ll find the best of the west near Greymouth. It’s the perfect base from which to explore the spectacular attractions of the wild and wonderful West Coast, and provides opportunities for a wide range of sports and cultural activities. It’s a great place to be a student.
MAINZ Auckland campus
Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city, sprawls across a narrow strip of land between two beautiful harbours. It’s a cultural melting pot, a vibrant and exciting place to live, work, study and play. Our central city Victoria Street West campus is close to cafes, arts and entertainment venues, and excellent transport links. We live and breathe music at MAINZ. Our students enjoy the use of state-of-the-art recording studios, computer labs, rehearsal rooms, DJ booths and a fully equipped auditorium.
Trades South Auckland campus
From our Ascot Road trades campus we run a range of practical trades programmes, including scaffolding, rigging, structural steel construction, height safety, cranes and more. If you aim to work in the construction sector, start here.
MAINZ Christchurch campus
Resilient, innovative, creative … be inspired by Christchurch. It’s a city undergoing an extraordinary renaissance, full of opportunity, and with a bold vision for the future. Our central city High Street campus has recording studios, computer labs, and a wide range of audio, live sound and recording equipment. While our separate purpose-built live sound space on King Edward Terrace is a great performance venue. MAINZ will be part of the Innovation Precinct in the new city development plan.
Trades Christchurch campus
We run scaffolding and crane programmes, as well as the Christchurch Digger School, at our Sullivan Avenue trades campus. With the Christchurch rebuild now firmly underway, there’s no better place to learn the skills you need for this booming industry
Our small, friendly campus located in the heart of Westport’s business district offers a range of programmes designed to meet the needs of this rapidly growing region, including business and computing, hospitality and early childhood education. Westport is the main commercial and administrative centre for the northern part of the West Coast, also known as Buller. It offers easy access to beaches, rivers, lakes and mountains, as well as having good links to Nelson, Christchurch and Greymouth.
In the Inangahua River valley and surrounded by the spectacular Victoria and Paparoa ranges, Reefton is a small town with a rich heritage. Programmes offered at Reefton include business and computing, horticulture and hospitality.
Ski Patrol campus
Nestled by a picturesque lake at the foot of the Southern Alps, Wanaka has long been a magnet for outdoor enthusiasts. Our Ski Patrol programme takes full advantage of the area’s spectacular location. Theoretical and non-snow practical lessons take place at the TPP campus in town, but it’s our unique field classroom – right in the middle of the Treble Cone ski area – that guarantees maximum ‘on snow’ training and experience. In this exhilarating alpine learning environment you’ll really begin to understand the reality of working in the ski industry.
