This workshop provides students with the service skills required in most modern work environments, no matter whether it is a professional service, sales or trade environment. You’ll be introduced to key skills in customer service, active listening, communication and problem solving, and will understand the importance and principles of a can-do attitude. You will also use these skills to learn how to plan, prepare for, and be interviewed in a formal situation.
